NIM Beauty (Pty) Ltd accepts no returns or refunds. All products will be fully inspected before being packaged and dispatched for shipping to the provided delivery address.

 

No products being dispatched for shipment is being covered by insurance and therefore NIM will take no responsibility for any visible damages to your products upon arrival from your selected courier service.

 

Should your package or products have any visible damages upon arrival of the provided address by your selected courier service we ask for you to report any visible evidence of abuse, negligence, user tempering or damages to our customer care: info@nimbeauty.co.za or +2772 585 0276 to report any issues found to the selected courier service.
