NIM Beauty Pty Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the damage or non arrival of products leaving our premises, either by postal or courier services selected by our customers upon check-out. We will however ensure that the quality is to perfection and packaging is prepared to withstand normal and safe handling practices before booked in for outbound delivery. 

We will however investigate the damage with the courier company our customers selected for delivery and investigate if they handled your package carelessly, in order to solve future business issues with these courier companies. Until now we removed one courier company from our website due to a package that was damaged in transit and we will continue with strategic changes to better our customer service.
